I've noticed over the years that the people most effective in fitness, business, or life, weren’t the ones who knew the most.
They had the ability to act without information. They used ignorance as a shield against chaos. It's the stupid-confidence that kept them going forward in the face of contrary evidence. Whether failure or setback, they remained unfazed, sheltered in delusional self-belief.
The ability to not overthink is as powerful as the ability to think deeply. This willful ignorance is what the age of information has stolen from us. We need a return to the age of delusion.
